Skedaddle are on a mission to celebrate life!  Collecting songs from around the world and fusing them all together to bring an upbeat, uplifting atmosphere of celebration.

They have roots in traditional jazz music from New Orleans and the European swing era.  From there, they are able to explore a wide range of influences, from klezmer dance tunes to Balkan footstompers, from french folk tunes to Latin classics, with a pinch of ska and reggae thrown in when it feels right.

As well as searching out amazing world music, the band seamlessly integrate a number of original songs that are inspired by this eclectic mix of influences.

Tailoring the material to the occasion, Skedaddle can be laid back and sweet, or they can heat things up a bit and get the dance floor jumping.
